I am a DONA certified doula from South Florida. I attended University of Wisconsin- Madison (go badgers!) where I pursued my studies in child development and family studies. 

Following my studies, I spent many years living abroad deepening my spiritual awareness, which ultimately led to my journey as a birth doula.

 As your doula, I am committed to helping you understand ALL of your options, making educated and intentional choices that best fits your family's needs. My goal is to bring a sense of comfort and confidence over your birth process. My philosophy is simple. I believe knowledge is power and I am dedicated to finding a "plan" that best supports your family's wishes. Together, we will navigate the journey of the unknown to bring you and your family a mindful and peaceful pregnancy, birth and postpartum period.

When I am not serving my community, you can find me camping, doing yoga, chasing sunsets, listening to music and baking chocolate chip cookies. I am a lover, healer, daughter and friend who navigates life through the guidance of my intuition.
