After supporting more than 350+ families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I've learned that no two journeys are alike.

Whether you're hoping for an unmedicated birth, planning on an epidural, preparing for a scheduled cesarean, or simply feeling overwhelmed by all the information out there, my goal is to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident in your own decisions.
